We are seeking a Corporate AR/AP Specialist to join our team! The Corporate AR/AP Specialist will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks across multiple business entities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, vendor relations, and weekly settlement runs
1. Accounts Payable (AP) & Vendor Communication
Inbox Management: Manage AP email groups, serving as the first point of contact for all vendor inquiries and correspondence.
Invoice Retrieval & Prep: Proactively retrieve invoices from vendor portals and email groups; prepare and organize documentation for entry by Blue Pineapple.
Digital Filing: Load supplier invoices and receipts to Google Drive for Blue Pineapple processing.
Vendor Relations: Research and resolve payment discrepancies and manage initial vendor setup/onboarding within Workday.
2. Settlement Runs & Financial Cycles
3. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Revenue Support
4. External Team Coordination
One to three years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word), Google (Sheets/Doc etc)
Excellent written communication skills for managing high-volume email aliases and vendor relations.
