Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively during construction activities.
- Execute masonry tasks such as bricklaying, stucco application, and tile laying with precision.
- Support renovation and restoration projects by handling framing, carpentry, roofing installation, window installation, drywall installation, caulking, and trim carpentry.
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe environment for everyone on site.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction processes.
- Proven experience in working on diverse construction projects with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
- Skilled in drywall installation and overall carpentry
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools for various tasks including roofing, framing, flooring installation, and masonry.
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices for heavy lifting and working at heights.
- Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical drawings and schematics clearly and accurately.
