If you’re driven to make a meaningful difference in your community and help shape brighter futures, Help Group is the place for you. As one of the largest nonprofits of our kind in the United States, we provide a wide range of programs supporting individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, abuse, mental health challenges, and social-emotional needs.
Our services include exceptional academic programs, mental health support, therapy, life coaching, vocational training, specialized residential and social programs, and dedicated resources for LGBTQ+ youth and their families. Each year, these programs positively impact the lives of more than 6,000 clients—and our reach continues to grow.
One of these programs, Partnerships for Families (PFF), is an early intervention initiative focused on preventing child maltreatment and strengthening families. Serving expectant parents and caregivers of children ages 0–5, PFF provides in-home therapeutic support, education, and resources to help families create safe, nurturing environments and build healthy futures.
At the heart of Help Group’s mission is a deep commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their full potential and lead positive, productive, and fulfilling lives. We invite passionate professionals to join us in supporting the growth and development of our students, clients, and residents. Here, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll discover a meaningful and rewarding career.
