Description: Building Components Manufacturing General Labor - Day and Night Shifts Available
Western Building Center Building Components in Columbia Falls is seeking a hardworking person who takes pride in a job well done. Building prefab walls and/or roof trusses. This full-time assembly position will give you the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Forklift, materials, and equipment training will be provided.
PURPOSE
Perform duties pertaining to the manufacture of prefabricated wall-panels and roof trusses.

Must be able to work in indoor/outdoor conditions

Help in the manufacture of trusses and prefabricated wall panels
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Able to use hand tools (Tape measure, hammer,nail guns, etc.)

Able to lift, bend, carry, squat, walk, and stand for 8-12 hrs.

Strong attention to detail
-
Good communication skills with the rest of your team

Must be able to follow all safety-related procedures and practices

GOOD ATTENDANCE and PUNCTUALITY ARE A MUST FOR TEAM ENVIRONMENT

Able to lift 50lbs consistently

Previous construction/framing experience preferred but not required

Candidate will be subject to drug test prior to employment
