Unique Designs & Construction is looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners transform outdated bathrooms into beautiful, low-maintenance spaces.
You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, present our bath and shower solutions, and close the sale.
This is a commission-only W-2 sales position designed for someone who is self-motivated, confident and driven to earn.

Design bath and shower solutions using our iPad-based sales system

Build personalized designs using our sales software

Close sales

Follow up with homeowners as needed

Generate your own leads for the higher commission rate

Sales experience, preferably in-home or home improvement sales

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Reliable and able to manage your own schedule
Home remodeling, roofing, windows, flooring, bath or other in-home sales experience is a strong plus.
