Pay & Earnings
- $1,800 weekly, direct deposited on the same day every week
- Estimated $72,800–$114,000 annually
- $0.90 CPM
- 2,500–3,000 miles per week — consistent freight, no slow periods
- $2,500 sign-on bonus (eligible drivers)
- $300 orientation pay
- Up to 3% Safe & On-Time mileage bonus
- $100 for Safety bonus
- $20 stop pay
- $240 unload pay
- $40 short haul pay
- Driver summer bonus
The Route
- Dollar Tree store lanes, dry van only
- Touch freight - using rollers, racks, load bars
- Live unload
- Solo driving in a 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia (automatic)
- 24/7 live dispatch support
Home Time
- Home every weekend — full 48 hours, guaranteed
- Day and night shift available
- Your schedule is set in advance with no last-minute changes

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Age 21+
- Clean MVR
- 120+ trucking school instruction hours
- DOT physical & pre-employment drug screen
- No SAP
