As we continue to expand across the United States, we're seeking an experienced licensed Attorney to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.
Compensation:
Varies per experience and hours available, flexible.
Requirements
Must be licensed to practice law in the United States
Minimum 1+ years of legal experience (preferred)
Experience in healthcare law, telehealth, corporate law, contracts, regulatory compliance, or business law is highly advantageous
Exceptional attention to detail and sound legal judgment
Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate legal agreements
Provide legal guidance on corporate and business matters
Advise on U.S. healthcare and telehealth regulations where applicable
Support contract reviews, compliance initiatives, and risk management
Collaborate with leadership on strategic legal matters
