MissOuri Smelting Technology, a Toyota Tsusho America Group Company, has immediate openings for full time, TEMP positions in Production; thru Aerotek
is a secondary aluminum recycler that receives, processes, and melts aluminum to produce high quality molten and solid products for use by other industries, including the production of automobile parts.
- Starting $21.50/hr.; current top out $32.55/hr.
- +$1/hr. extra heat differential; +$ .40-night shift differential (7p-7a)
- Pay Increases every 3 months up to 24 months; then every 6 months up to 4 years

Experience: 2 years min. production and/or manufacturing/construction related experience; combined w/ ability to operate various types of mobile industrial equipment, including forklift. Successful candidates will have strong work ethic and able to work in the heat.
Responsibilities: Incl but not limited to, molten delivery of aluminum, operate ingot casting line; cast ingots and ladles; ladle sampling; furnace sampling/tapping, dross handling, operate spectrometer, furnace charging, etc.
Shift: Rotating 7-7 straight days or rotating 7-7 straight nights;
Base Schedule: 48hrs. 1st week + overtime / 36hrs. 2nd week + overtime.
