Job description
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients, families, and staff on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and be available to answer questions from the caregivers.

Experience
Qualified candidates should possess the following experience:
