Position Overview
ATS is considering part time applicants for this position. This position is a part of a team dedicated to supporting ATS clients and each other. This position provides executive level administrative support to the firm's senior personnel and supports some of the firms internal operations. In addition to answering the phone and greeting clients, job responsibilities will include: data entry, filing, scheduling, and general tax administrative support as needed. The person in this role will also assist with client and employee outreach and support the firm's martketing initiatives. This position requires extensive people, communication, organizational, technical, and professional skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a high level of focus on quality, accuracy and confidentiality in all work products and communications.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Client Care/New Client Intake
- Provide compelling and clear communications
- Establish internal and external meetings, webcasts, or conference calls
- Data entry in support of engagement deliverables
- Draft responses to tax notices
- File maintenance
- Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
- Draft social media post and support other martketing and outreach initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills:
- Customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Great communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Great written/verbal communication skills and ability to work closely with clients and co-workers
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance
- Associates Degree/Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Preferred Qualifications: Quickbooks and Tax Preparation Experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
