We specialize in premium landscape design & installation, hardscape construction (patios, retaining walls, driveways, poolscapes), grading/excavation, and site work. Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our production crews. This role focuses on building beautiful, durable outdoor living spaces using premium materials for residential and light commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install high-quality hardscapes including paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, driveways, and steps.
- Work with premium materials such as concrete pavers (Techo-Bloc, Unilock, etc.), natural stone, and segmental walls.
- Prepare bases, set edge restraints, install bedding materials, and ensure proper compaction and drainage.
- Collaborate with skid steer/excavator operators and other crew members on full project installations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Deliver excellent workmanship that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a hardscape installer (preferred 3–5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of paver installation techniques, retaining wall systems, and best practices for New England freeze-thaw conditions.
- Ability to read plans/layouts and work from design drawings.
- Experience with plate compactors, levels, string lines, and other hardscaping tools.
- Physical fitness – ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (equipment operating experience is a plus).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Clean background check.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
