Residential HVAC Installer
No Sales Pressure | Locally Owned | 100% Employee Health Insurance
Build a career—not just another job.
At Chesapeake Home Services, we're different by design.
We're a privately held, locally owned company that believes great employees deserve to be treated with trust, respect, and appreciation. As a USA Top Workplace and Inc. 5000 recipient, we've built a culture where our people come first—not corporate metrics.
If you're tired of working for companies where every day revolves around sales quotas, technician rankings, or endless KPI scorecards, you'll appreciate what makes Chesapeake different.
We hire experienced professionals because we trust them to do quality work—not because we want to micromanage them.
Whether you've been with a national HVAC company or a local contractor, you'll find something different here: a team that works together, leaders who support you, and a company that genuinely invests in your success.
