Position Summary:
Operations Dispatcher provides the required resources to support the Maintenance team in various initiatives. Performs a variety of tasks including but not limited to call center and dispatching duties, reporting, creating and manipulating Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, data entry and perform other duties and responsibilities as required. This is a seasonal position.
- Call Center and Dispatching – receive and dispatch calls utilizing excellent customer service skills
- GSMi monitoring – graphic systems monitoring of the conveyor systems all Columbus distribution centers
- Camera monitoring of conveyor systems in all Columbus distribution centers
- Receiving and Sending emails on behalf of Maintenance
- Create and maintain various Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher files
- Inventory Management – investigating problems and adjusting inventory levels utilizing MVO One software
- Asset Management – maintaining asset data in MVP One software along with various Microsoft files
- Data Entry of new inventory and equipment into MVP One
- Data Entry of Invoices into Excel
- Create the Maintenance Newsletter on a quarterly basis using Microsoft’s Publisher software
- Create and analyze various reports prior to distribution to the Maintenance team
- 1-3 years in a clerical support role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Display self-motivation, a sense of urgency and a strong sense of initiative to make independent decisions
• Knowledge of MVP One maintenance management software a plus
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Publisher
• Possession of an associate’s degree or combination of High School Diploma and equivalent experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
