Motor Vehicle Title Specialist
Location: 10200 Menaul Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112
Department: Commercial Division
Pay Type: Full-time, Hourly-$17.00 an hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and Saturday availability between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The Motor Vehicle Title Specialist supports our Commercial Division by accurately processing vehicle title transactions in compliance with state regulations and company procedures. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure title documentation is completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong accuracy, problem solving skills, and the ability to follow established procedures are important for success in this role. Experience with title work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with transferable administrative or processing experience.

Process commercial motor vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently
Review title documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Assist Commercial clients with title-related questions and requirements
Ensure compliance with all MVD policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and client information
Accurately complete required forms and documentation
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and coworkers
Maintain organized and accurate records
Support Commercial office operations as needed
Work effectively in a structured team environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Valid New Mexico Driver’s License (required)
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record review
Regular schedule Monday–Saturday between 8:45 AM and 5:30 PM, overtime opportunities based on business needs.
Experience with motor vehicle title processing preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Accurate and efficient computer skills using Windows-based applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
Ability to work effectively in a structured team environment

Must possess the necessary dexterity and fine motor skills to operate standard office equipment, including a telephone, computer, keyboard, printer, fax machine, and copier
