Your Role: You will program and run quality control dimensional inspections using CMM machines (Mitutoyo MCosmos & Cat1000P & Zeiss Calypso) for tolerance and conformance to specs.
This entails:
- Creating and running CMM programs
- Inspecting parts, assemblies and finished products in accordance with contract specifications and/or legal requirements
- Ensuring raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standard and customer requirements
- Generate FAI projects to be used during CMM inspections
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with GD&T
- 3+ years programming and running Ziess or Mitutoyo CMMs
