Position Overview
Pella Windows & Doors is seeking a dependable, hard-working, and respectful individual to join our locally owned team as a Driver / Warehouse Associate. This full-time position combines warehouse responsibilities with driving and delivery duties using a 28ft box truck (CDL not required).
The ideal candidate will have experience with loading/unloading products, safe driving practices, and delivering excellent customer service while representing the Pella brand.
This role reports directly to the Logistics Supervisor and serves as a key member of the logistics and warehouse team. Responsibilities include loading and unloading doors and windows, delivering products to residential and commercial job sites, maintaining DOT compliance standards, and assisting with warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate company box trucks while following all DOT, ELD, and motor vehicle regulations
- Safely load and unload heavy doors and windows from warehouse trucks
- Deliver products to residential and commercial job sites throughout Arkansas and Southwest Missouri
- Ensure trucks are properly equipped and maintained
- Inspect straps and equipment weekly and report replacement needs
- Monitor DOT compliance, safety regulations, inspections, and repairs
- Maintain clean and organized trucks and warehouse areas
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Assist in coaching and mentoring newer drivers when needed
- Properly use company systems and scanners
- Support warehouse operations and logistics flow as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean driving record required
- CDL is NOT required
- Ability to pass: Background check, Motor vehicle report review, Drug screening
- Ability to lift and move heavy products safely
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and respectful communication skills
- Experience driving box trucks and handling deliveries preferred
The physical demands described here are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this position. This role requires regular standing, walking, reaching, using hands, and communicating, with occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. The employee must regularly lift or move items up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Schedule: Full time-M-F (start times vary between 5am and 8am)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
