Summary
As a Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide at Belle's Place of Crawfordsville, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to residents. This position is crucial for supporting our mission of improving resident outcomes while fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in resident areas
- Document care provided accurately in medical records.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or is required.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to residents with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and staff.
- Knowledge of dementia care principles is highly desirable.
