Position Summary: Way Property Restoration, a leader in Restoration Industry throughout the country, is currently hiring for an experienced Restoration Tech to join our team. Responsibilities
· Respond to water, fire, and microbial growth emergencies
· Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition
· Set up and remove restoration equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
· Document losses and conduct inspections
· Provide compassionate customer service on-site
· Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (after training)
Qualifications
· Must be eligible to enter Military / Federal buildings
· Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- 2 years of experience
- Satisfactory background check
- Able to be on call
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great Communication and Customer Service Skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
