This energetic role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge of high capcity lifting equipment, ensuring clients receive the best products and support for their needs. You'll manage rental transactions, assist with equipment sales, and foster strong customer relationships—all while maintaining a vibrant and fast-paced environment that encourages growth and success.
This salesperson will be responsible for independently developing and growing a territory by building strong customer relationships and driving revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in the rental equipment industry.
Doral Equipment Rental is the industry leader in high-capacity forklifts, lifting equipment and carry deck cranes. The main product lines we offer are Versa-Lift, Taylor, Rigger-Lift, Enerpac, Yale/Hyster, Broderson and Grove products.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their equipment rental and sales needs, offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Negotiate rental agreements and sales terms effectively, maximizing customer satisfaction while meeting company goals.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and professional assistance both in person and over the phone.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products or services to enhance sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage customer relationships within your territory.
- Conduct regular in-person sales calls to offices, manufacturing facilities and job sites.
- Grow rental and sales opportunities.
- Represent Doral Equipment Rental in a positive and professional manner.
- Marketing, rentals/sales and tradeshow participation in the state of Wisconsin.
- Occasional overnight(s) travel may be required.
- This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM – Our salespeople should be ready to handle inquiries, emergency inquiries and equipment related issues and after hours and on weekends. Support from the technical staff as well as co-workers is always available to accommodate people’s schedules and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of (5) five years of B2B sales experience is required, but experience in the equipment rental industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of equipment rental industry.
- The applicant must be proficient in the following: Microsoft 365, CRM utilization – Daily input is required, ERP utilization, ???????????????????????????????
- · Valid driver’s license required – Our insurance carrier does not allow us to have anyone on our insurance that has had a vehicular felony or excessively bad driving record in the last (7) seven years.
Skills:
- Forklift and/or Crane rental/sales experience
- Customer service oriented.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
