The Role
We're looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator (TC) to own the deal process from signed contract to close. You'll work directly with title companies, buyers, sellers, and our internal acquisition and disposition managers to keep every deal on track and on time.
This position is based out of our Huntington Beach office, Monday through Fridays, 9AM to 4PM.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple wholesale real estate transactions simultaneously from contract to closing
- Open escrow with title companies and serve as the primary point of contact throughout
- Prepare, send, and track all contracts and documents (assignments, addendums, closing disclosures)
- Confirm assignment completions and coordinate double closings as needed
- Track all critical deadlines, earnest money, inspection periods, COE dates
- Follow up consistently with all parties to keep deals moving forward
- Resolve issues or delays before they become problems
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and deal tracking systems
- Provide regular deal status updates to the acquisition and disposition team
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar role
- Solid understanding of wholesale real estate, assignment contracts, double closings, and off-market transactions
- Experience opening and managing escrow with title companies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals at once
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Preferred:
- Experience with real estate CRMs
- Proficiency with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms
- Familiarity with investor buyer lists and disposition processes
- California real estate transaction experience
Compensation
$150–$300 per deal depending on experience plus a monthly base salary structure for the right candidate. Compensation discussed during the interview; we're open to what works for an experienced TC.
