Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part Time Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across various departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in full cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and relationship management while supporting our organizational growth.
Flexible hours- 11:00am to 3:00pm or 12:00pm to 4:00pm
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and candidate sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Lever to maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans aligned with employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance.
- Engage in campus recruitment initiatives and external recruiting efforts to attract emerging talent and experienced professionals alike.
- Utilize talent management software like UltiPro or Kronos for employee orientation, employee evaluation, and onboarding processes.
- Develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to foster long-term engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in high volume recruitment, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting within fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Paychex or HRIS platforms like <PERSON> for managing employee data and recruitment workflows.
- Demonstrated ability in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition practices across different regions or industries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to research market trends and adapt recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Lever for managing candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Knowledge of HR legal compliance standards related to employment law in talent management and external recruiting practices.
