Liakas Law, P.C. is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal in the Financial District. We are a family-owned Plaintiff PI Firm dedicated to providing quality service.
Pay:
· Salary: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
(Commensurate with experience)

Schedule:
· Our office is open Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm. This is an in-office position
The right candidate will have:
· Organization skills

· Legal research skills
· Legal Drafting experience
Our Litigation Paralegal will:
- Have strong writing, analytical skills, and prior legal experience.
- Be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Handle a variety of tasks including, but not limited to investigation, discovery, settlements, and appeals.
- Draft all pleadings and discovery documents such as Bills of Particulars, interrogatories, Demands, responses, notices to admit, motions.
- Compile exhibits and mediation packages
- Review and analyze documentation and correspondences
- Communicate with clients, defense counsel and insurance carriers and court personnel as needed.
- Draft settlement agreements and releases.
- E-FILE IN NYSCEF
