We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, whether it be in our fine dining area or lively nightclub setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and assist guests with any inquiries regarding the menu.
- Ensure tables are properly set and sanitized before guest arrival, maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout service.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining area during service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest relations issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any concerns effectively.
- Manage time efficiently during busy shifts to ensure all guests receive attentive service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create positive guest relations experiences.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling payments is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to sanitation practices to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
