Assembler Requirements:
· Assembler will be responsible for assembly of axles and related components on the assembly line
· Ability to handle physical job tasks
· Ability to work quickly and methodically and in a team environment
· Ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
· Ability to read and follow work instructions
Material Handler Requirements
· Recent tow motor experience
· Ability to work quickly and methodically and in a team environment
· Ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks
· Ability to read and follow work instructions
Lifting & Weight Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Occasionally required to lift 75-100 lbs with team assistance or lifting equipment.
Frequent use of hoists, cranes, or other mechanical lifting devices.
Other Physical Requirements:
Standing for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching to assemble components.
Repetitive hand and arm movements for using tools and fasteners.
Grip strength to handle heavy-duty tools, fasteners, and materials.
Good hand-eye coordination for precise assembly work.
Exposure to vibration from power tools.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe/ safety toe shoes, gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection.
Ability to work in varying temperatures (if in a non-climate-controlled environment).
