Job Title: Production Worker – Health & Wellness Beauty Products

Job Summary:
Bedlington Supplies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to support the manufacturing of our health and wellness beauty products—including soaps, skincare, sprays, and personal care items. In this role, you’ll help with batching, filling, packaging, and maintaining a clean and efficient production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for college students working toward a degree, especially those interested in wellness, skincare, or business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of beauty and wellness products by measuring, mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging.
- Follow written batch formulas and production guidelines accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Perform quality checks and notify the team of any inconsistencies or issues.
- Accurately label and organize finished goods for retail or wholesale.
- Support inventory management by tracking usage of raw materials and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Qualifications:
- Current college student working toward a degree preferred.
- Prior experience in production, beauty, food, or wellness-related work is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working around oils, fragrances, and natural skincare ingredients.
- Able to lift up to [30–50 lbs], stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Work can be physically demanding at times
Trial Period:
