Treetop Village is in need of positive, nurturing and fun-loving floater and breaker teachers to help our management staff. Your primary duty will be to give breaks and fill in classrooms when teachers are out sick or on vacation. You will supervise the students, maintain a safe and healthy environment, and support children’s emotional and social development, encourage understanding of others, and positive self-concept. We require all teachers to think creatively, assist with activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practices and program philosophy. You will assist in changing diapers, help clean and organize classrooms. This position is a fast paced fun job!
You must have strong communication skills, as you will be expected to interact with colleagues, parents, students and educational authorities. The ideal candidate will be understanding, attentive and caring to student needs and have a passion for the education field.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.92 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
