- Special Education Paraprofessionals [ $19.00/hr - Traditional Setting & $21.00/hr - Level IV Setting ]
- Advanced Paraprofessionals – Behavior & Instruction [$21.00]
- Behavior Resource Specialists [$26.00/hr - $32.00/hr ]
In these roles, you may:
- Support students one-on-one or in small groups throughout the school day.
- Reinforce academic lessons and individualized learning goals.
- Help students develop social, behavioral, and life skills.
- Implement behavior support plans using positive intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success.
- Build meaningful relationships that encourage growth, confidence, and independence.
