About Prevail
Prevail Wellness Center is a women's specialty clinic focused on hormone health, menopause, perimenopause, thyroid, metabolic optimization, and longevity medicine. We see women ages 38–65 who want real answers, not band-aids. Our approach is root-cause, evidence-informed, and integrative. We use advanced lab testing, hormone replacement therapy and nutraceuticals to get patients well and keep them that way.
We're a small, high-performing team with a strong patient base and supportive mentality.
The Role
You'll see established and new patients in a structured, well-supported environment. Clinical protocols, intake systems, and staff support are already in place. You focus on patient care, we handle the operations.
This role is flexible on hours. We're open to part-time (2–3 days/week) or full-time (4–5 days/week) depending on the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a panel of women's hormone and metabolic health patients
- Ordering and interpreting functional and standard labs
- Prescribing bioidentical hormones, thyroid, and metabolic protocols
- Collaborating with our lead physician and associate provider
- Documenting in Charm EHR
What We're Looking For
- Licensed ND (naturopathic doctor) or NP (nurse practitioner) in Washington State, or eligible for licensure
- Active DEA license in Washington state
- Interest or experience in women's hormones, menopause, thyroid, or metabolic health
- Comfortable with medications, compounded medications and functional lab interpretation
- Self-directed, reliable, and genuinely good with patients
- New grads welcome if you have strong clinical foundations and a growth mindset
