Atlantic Wholesale is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate. This role is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of materials, maintaining compliance with DOT requirements, and supporting warehouse operations as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and willing to work both on the road and in the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate non-CDL vehicles (box trucks, flatbeds, and pickup trucks)
- Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently to meet schedules set by the Shipping Manager
- Complete all required DOT documentation daily, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Load materials accurately and secure loads for transport
- Deliver and unload materials at customer locations while providing excellent customer service
- Complete all delivery procedures, including paperwork, proof of delivery, and required photos
- Assist with general warehouse and shop floor duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate non-CDL vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work in both delivery and warehouse environments
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
