A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with no weekends or holidays required.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory standards and handling human resource issues.
- Participate as a CHN management team member to assist in long-range planning.
- Carry out strategic clinical nutrition initiatives for the health system.
- Supervise assigned personnel including Registered Dietitians, Dietetic Technicians, and Clinical Assistants
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field.
- Completion of an Academy Nutrition and Dietetics-approved dietetic internship (or equivalent dietitian-qualifying experience) and current certification as a registered dietitian (RD).
- Current license to practice dietetics in the State of Ohio (LD).
- Three years of experience as a practicing dietitian in a clinical setting.
- Two years of supervisory/leadership experience with proven ability to lead the work of others.
Physical Requirements:
- A high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC; normal or corrected vision to normal range; extensive sitting and frequent walking; occasional lifting or carrying 5 to 15 pounds.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $76,540.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $116,747.50
