About the Role
Elyon Maintenance Inc. is hiring a Landscape Crew Member to join our team servicing multiple residential housing properties throughout Kitsap County. This is a hands-on outdoor role working as part of a small crew on a weekly service route.
What You'll Do
- Work as part of a crew performing mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal to company and client standards
- Assist with shrub and tree trimming (under 15'), weed control, and bed maintenance
- Help with seasonal services: fall leaf cleanup, one spring cleanup, one winter prep per property
- Follow crew lead's direction to ensure work meets client satisfaction at each stop
- Assist with basic irrigation system checks and flag issues for the crew lead
- Help maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies in safe working order
- Present professionally and follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate any site issues or concerns to your crew lead
What We're Looking For
- Prior landscape maintenance experience.
- Comfortable operating or learning to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and basic hand tools
- Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
- Must be able to pass a background check
Schedule
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Weekly route during growing season (May–November); reduced seasonal schedule in winter months.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
