As an HVAC Service Technician, you play a vital role in taking care of our clients by providing high-quality service and maintenance for their home HVAC systems.

Job Requirements

Experience in residential HVAC service
-
Ability to legally perform HVAC service work in the State of Iowa (EPA certification required)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Strong communication skills with customers and office staff

Professional appearance and positive attitude

NATE or other industry certifications preferred but not required
Pay & Compensation
This position offers a competitive hourly base pay, depending on experience and qualifications.
Pay Range: $25.00 – $42.00 per hour
Additional benefits and programs may be available based on role and tenure. Employer-supported retirement and health benefit options available after eligibility period.
In addition to hourly pay, technicians are eligible for performance-based incentives, including:
