Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review construction plans and blueprints thoroughly to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee construction site activities to guarantee safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained.
- Monitor project costs through detailed cost management practices using estimating tools; track expenses against budgets regularly.
- Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
- Ensure construction schedule coordination aligns with project milestones; proactively address delays or issues as they arise.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes efficiently to mitigate risks and control costs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, safety reports, inspections, and regulatory compliance records.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes applicable to large-scale projects.
- Proficiency with construction management software.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, cost management, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to coordinate various aspects of a project efficiently.
- Solid experience with construction site supervision including safety oversight and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
