Position Available:
Counter Server W/ Barista Experience
Applicants selected for consideration will be contacted directly. All interviews and training will be scheduled and conducted at one of our San Francisco locations until the restaurant opening in July 2026.
What You’ll Do:
Be the face of Tartine—delivering warm, genuine hospitality while crafting high-quality coffee and guiding guests through our menu.
Prepare espresso drinks and coffee beverages with consistency and care
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and create a welcoming guest experience
Accurately take orders, handle payments, and manage counter flow during busy service
Buss tables, run food and drinks, and maintain a clean, organized front-of-house environment
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bakery teams to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, detail-oriented team players with barista experience who thrive in a fast-paced café setting and take pride in both product and service. Weekend availability required.
Preferred:
At least 1 year of barista or café experience
Passion for artisan coffee, bread, and pastry
Strong communication and customer service skills
