Carpenter
We are looking for a dependable Carpenter to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on work on modular offices and rehab projects, supporting repairs, improvements, and general construction tasks. What You’ll Be Doing
- Working on modular offices and related rehab projects
- Floor repairs and replacements
- Wall repairs, patching, framing, and finishing
- Trim work (baseboard, casing, finish details)
- Replacing outlets and basic electrical component swaps (as permitted)
- General rehab and repair work on modular units
- Assisting with demolition, prep, and clean-up as needed
- Working closely with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely

- Experience in carpentry, construction, or general labor preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
