Kiddie Academt - Center Director: Looking for an enthusiastic leader with exceptional communication skills.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the smooth day to day operations
- Helps ensure that quality expectations are met according to the state and Kiddie Academy policies and standards.
- Organize and ensure updated documentation is maintained as per the licensing requirements and conduct regular inspections by doing daily walk through of classrooms and other areas in the building.
- Help coordinate regular staff meetings, training sessions and provide needed support to staff.
- Responsible for parent communications, welcome parents and kids and create positive atmosphere. Should be able to proactively address parent concerns in a timely fashion.
- Manages the sales and enrollment process, conducting tours, and follow-up communications
- Helps with curriculum planning and train staff to implement developmentally appropriate classroom activities
- Should be flexible to take up different roles as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- CDA, AA or Bachelor’s degree inEarly Childhood Education highly preferred. Salary will be determined based on education and experience.
- Experience with enrollments in setting up ground-up new Academy is a plus
- Must meet all state licensing requirements
- Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Highly professional and dependable
- Must be able to interact appropriately with students of all ages and skill levels as well as with parents, coworkers, and management
