What You'll Do
As a CBRE Multi-Skilled Technician, you'll performpreventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs across avariety of building systems to ensure the facility operates safely andefficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Completing carpentry, painting, patching, and general building maintenance tasks.
Conducting routine inspections, identifying issues, and implementing repairs.
Assisting with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Reviewing work orders, estimating labor and materials, and tracking completion through maintenance systems.
Supporting energy efficiency initiatives by ensuring building systems operate at peak performance.
Inspecting installations for compliance with building codes and safety standards and reporting any concerns.
Contributing to a safe, professional, and well-maintained workplace environment.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the position is or $34.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $40.80 per hour.
