Position Overview
As an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant, you will travel to partner dental offices and provide chairside support during oral surgery procedures. You will play a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence, supporting efficient workflows, and helping office teams successfully integrate specialty services into their practices.

What You'll DoClinical Support
- Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical experience.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and surgical materials.
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Monitor and support patient comfort throughout treatment.
Patient Care & Education
- Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after procedures.
- Review and reinforce pre-operative and post-operative instructions.
- Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Practice Support & Collaboration
- Manage and organize specialty inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, office teams, and fellow assistants to ensure productive specialty days.
- Help streamline workflows and support best practices across partner offices.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for Complete Specialty Solutions in every practice you visit.

QualificationsRequired
- Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Oral surgery assisting experience preferred
- Excellent communication and patient-service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to travel to partner offices as needed
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
