We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Associate to be the face of our studio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about fitness and sales.
You’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping create an electric in-studio experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership and retail sales through strong customer engagement
- Build relationships with new and existing members
- Conduct studio tours and explain class offerings and packages
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Assist with front desk operations, check-ins, and scheduling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Support community events and promotions

- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience (fitness industry a plus, not required)
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours (including mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
