Responsibilities include:

Lead closing or opening shifts in the restaurant
-
Assist Restaurant Managers in leading the team
-
Manage a team of 15-25 people
-
Train and encourage employees to accomplish business goals
-
Ensure operational standards are met at all times
-
Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
-
Run efficient shifts within the boundaries of productivity and labor goals
Front of House Shift Leader Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
-
Run efficient shifts within the boundaries of productivity and labor goals

Ensure strict alignment to Chick-fil-A standards
-
Motivate and encourage the team to meet quality and speed standards at all times

Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong food flow and and consistent guest experience

Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training

Always adhere to all company policies and procedures

Protect the interest of the operator
Back of House Shift Leader Responsibilities

Ensure strict alignment to all Food Safety requirements and Chick-fil-A standards

Motivate and encourage the team to meet quality and speed standards at all times

Manage Waste and Food cost, and create an environment of good stewardship
-
Collaborate with other departments to ensure strong food flow and consistent guest experience

Train and develop team members
-
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures

Protect the interests of the operator
Required Skills:

Experience managing shifts and daily business operations

Experience leading teams to meet business goals

Experience giving feedback and coaching team members to meet standards

Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, and lift up to 40 lbs.
