Key Responsibilities:
- Answering driver calls for repairs.
- Issuing POs for parts and repair orders.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and run reports for internal and customer use.
- Tracking scheduled maintenance and outside vendor updates
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver’s license (for local travel).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
