Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will support reducing unscheduled downtime by maintaining the equipment’s productivity to minimize downtime or malfunctions.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including electromechanical systems, air compressors, boilers, and some metal fabrication required.
- Responds to maintenance calls with sense of urgency and ownership.
- Maintains accurate & timely records of daily log, work orders, compliance documents, and PM sheets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong electrical/motor controls
- 2 - 3 years experience with welding/fabrication
- 2 – 3 years industrial or food processing/manufacturing maintenance experience
- Programmable Logic Control troubleshooting experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new job tasks
- Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
- Ability to climb, lift 50 pounds and follow directions
- Adherence to company core values and follow company GMPs
- Must be able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, & Graveyard) and pass 5-panel non-DOT drug screen.
