To maintain this standard, we are seeking a sophisticated, high-performing Luxury Sales Executives who effortlessly commands the room and speaks the language of true wealth.
The Role
As our Ultra-Luxury Sales Executive, you will not just be selling an event space; you will be selling an elite, bucket-list experience. You will be responsible for sourcing, courting, and closing high-ticket bookings ($50k–$400k+ per event) for corporate buyouts, private celebrations, and elite brand activations.
What You’ll Do
Drive High End Sales: Engage with corporate event planners, luxury concierges, executive assistants, and HNWIs to book exclusive megayacht experiences.
Deliver Bespoke Consultations: Conduct impeccable onboard tours and presentations for discerning clients who expect absolute perfection.
Cultivate Elite Relationships: Build a robust pipeline through high-end networking, leveraging existing relationships in the luxury sector.
Close with Confidence: Present premium, unapologetically high pricing structures with absolute poise, focusing entirely on value, exclusivity, and prestige.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a unique pedigree of sales professional. You must come from a background where ultra-luxury is second nature.
The Pedigree: 3+ years of proven sales or high-end guest relations experience with iconic luxury brands (e.g., **Four Seasons, Aman, Jumeirah, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, NetJets**).
Impeccable Presentation: You are impeccably groomed, well-dressed, and carry yourself with the poise, sophistication, and elegance required to interface with billionaires and CEOs.
Articulate Communicator: You are exceptionally well-spoken, possessing elite verbal and written communication skills.
Fearless Pricing Mindset: You are entirely unfazed by high price points. You understand that true luxury comes at a premium, and you can defend six-figure event budgets with ease.
Discretion: You operate with the highest level of confidentiality and emotional intelligence.
