What You’ll Do
As a District Manager, you’ll be immersed in every aspect of restaurant leadership - preparing to oversee multiple locations and lead high-performing teams. You’ll balance servant leadership with operational excellence, investing in your people and your business.
Responsibilities include:
Profitability
- Manage inventory costs through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
- Place and receive truck orders with precision
- Maintain and monitor restaurant assets
- Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor coordination
- Enforce cash control and security procedures
People
- Coach and develop GMs, Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Crew/Team Members
- Drive team performance through training, feedback, and accountability
- Foster a culture of growth, ownership, and excellence
Guest Experience
- Motivate teams to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure a clean, welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations
Operations
- Lead efficient food prep and product delivery within service speed guidelines
- Uphold brand and operational standards across all shifts
- Analyze sales and labor results to drive performance
- Create and execute action plans for operational and financial success
- Step into Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED (required), College degree preferred
- 2+ years of quick-service restaurant management experience (required)
- Multi-Unit management experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
- Effective communicator with guests, team members, and senior leadership
- Familiarity with scheduling and inventory systems
- Available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
- Frequent kneeling, lifting, and product handling
- Comfortable with physical tasks related to prep, stocking, and inventory
- Ability to use various technology equipment, systems, and services
