Overview
This is an entry-level, remote role focused on helping individuals review programs designed to support long-term financial stability and family protection. You will meet virtually with people who have requested information, walk them through how different programs work, answer questions, and help them determine which options align with their goals.
The position follows a structured consultation framework and includes onboarding support, training, and mentorship to help you learn the role and build confidence working with clients.
Estimated earnings are performance-based and reflect your consistency and results.
What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals who requested information about financial protection programs
- Lead virtual conversations to understand household priorities and planning goals
- Explain available program options in clear, easy-to-understand terms
- Help individuals compare solutions based on their needs
- Assist with completing online applications and documentation
- Maintain organized records and follow-up communication

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with individuals by phone or video
- Organized with attention to follow-ups and documentation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Background in customer service, advising, or sales helpful but not required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
