ScionHealth SAU at Kindred Hospital Louisville is hiring dedicated Nightshift Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and we're offering a Sign-On Bonus and a Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program!
About Us We are a small, 44-bed sub-acute, long-term care facility located on the 3rd floor of Kindred Hospital Louisville. We operate like a close-knit, long-term care unit, but with a major difference: we staff 4 CNAs for our 44 patients.
We are proudly part of the ScionHealth family and are looking for compassionate CNAs to join our nightshift team.
Job Summary As a Nightshift Nursing Assistant, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team, providing high-quality, direct patient care and supporting our nurses in a fast-paced medical setting.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Helping patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Providing compassionate emotional support to patients and their families.
- Assisting healthcare professionals with treatments and medical procedures as directed.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Following all proper aseptic techniques and infection control policies.
- Documenting patient information accurately in medical records.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing in Kentucky.
- A dedicated and reliable professional with a passion for patient care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting is a plus.
