We are currently seeking a Vacuum Truck Operator. Come join a growing company that is focused on utility infrastructure. This position is based out of our Wendell, NC office for projects with in the triangle. As a Vacuum Truck Operator, you will be responsible for daily driving and operation a vacuum truck to clean pipelines, manholes, pump stations, and other underground infrastructure.

Safely operate vacuum equipment in a residential setting

Complete pre and posttrip truck inspections

Adhere to NCDOT and safety requirements (DOT Program, D&A Clearinghouse, Random Drug Screen Program)

Clean various diameter sewer and stormwater pipes with proper jetting equipment

Vacuum out manhole, storm drain boxes, wet wells and other underground vaults

Work as a team with CCTV operators and other team members

Continue to learn and train on new processes, safety procedures, and equipment

Valid driver’s license with CDL endorsement

Experience with vacuum truck operation and pipeline cleaning preferred

Work well with others and work as a team

Confined space training a plus

Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations
