Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (state-specific)
Board certification (FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, etc.)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
