Position Overview
The provider will evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds in residential and facility-based settings. Responsibilities include performing wound assessments, developing treatment plans, monitoring healing progress, and coordinating care with facility staff and supervising physicians.
Debridement procedures will be performed when clinically indicated. No prior wound care or debridement experience is required. All requisite wound care, procedural, and debridement training will be provided by our experienced team.
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
