Spa Lavender is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and client focused Licenced Massage therapist to join our team.
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness, while ensuring a luxury spa experience for every guest.
Appropriate certification and licensure is required. Experienced or newly graduated candidates are both welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, and other modalities as trained and certified.
- Conduct thorough consultations to determine clients’ needs, preferences, and any contraindications.
- Customize treatments to meet client goals, while adhering to spa protocols and safety standards.
- Educate clients on at-home self-care, wellness routines, and recommend spa products or additional services that support their needs.
- Deliver an amazing, safe, and therapeutic experience with every service.

Job Description:
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
- Design specific sessions based on client needs.
- Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
Requirements:
- Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
- Must carry liability insurance.
- Knowledge of Deep Tissue and Swedish required.
- Knowledge of other modalities preferred.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, Spa management and sales staff.
At least one weekend day preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $62.00 per hour
